Professional journey

Two paths that eventually joined.

The Professional path

My professional career began in formal and informal dispute resolution, programming, training, and the structured back-and-forth of negotiated agreement. I worked in the policy realm of discrimination, harassment, and gender-based violence, as well as the prevention realm. My work took me towards healthy masculinity groups, facilitating agreements between parties, and more.

The policy training taught me how to hold a process. The work itself taught me how to hold a person.

The Wellness path

Alongside this, I was training and practicing in sound meditations, facilitation of alternative medicinal spaces, and integration work for these spaces. What started as a personal practice became something I offered to others such as community medicinal sessions, sound work, integration support, and more.

It became clear that these two practices weren't separate. The same nervous system sat in the mediation room and in alternative spaces. Why was I serving it differently in each? Thus, this way of dispute resolution was born.

My approach, in person

Personable, present, genuine, and passionate about real care.

I have watched it happen many times, where conflict resolves durably when the body, the room, and the relationship are all attended to.

This is what is lost in this legal-centric world, which is the person themselves, and it's time to rectify that.

If you are weighing whether to work with me, the best first step is a conversation. There's no script and no obligation. I'd just like to hear what you're navigating.
